ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Where can I find LAUQĒ?

You can only buy articles from LAUQĒ on our website.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after being placed with us.

If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed and validated on our bank account.
We ship from Monday to Friday. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Transit times will vary depending on your location but we deliver within 2-3 working days in Portugal. For other locations, we take 3-9 working days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. LAUQĒ is not responsible for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, LAUQĒ has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.

LAUQĒ will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances. Once the orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out the correct address when checking out.

Please verify carefully all your shipping information before completing your order. LAUQĒ cannot be held responsible for lost parcels/erroneous deliveries due to wrong address, phone, door number, and/or other wrong shipping information.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Send us an email to hello@lauqeworld.com, with a picture of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and contact details.

If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the customer support team will inform the estimated time for the arrangement or, if applicable, the return of the amount paid for the item. If it is confirmed that the defect was due to bad use of the customer, LAUQĒ does not accept the return, nor does the arrangement.

The model I wanted is out of stock. Are you going to have it again?

Probably yes. At the beginning of each collection, there is a possibility of stock replacement or product exchange from another customer. In this case, the article that was previously sold out becomes available online. So we advise you to keep an eye on our online store.

What payment methods does LAUQĒ accept?

In our online store, we have the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. For payments with MB Way or bank transfer send us an email to hello@lauqeworld.com with your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

What's your Return Policy?

Our products can be returned within 14 days from the reception of the order.

For the products to be eligible for returns, they must be in perfect condition and be unworn, that is, without being used, washed, or having odors. The original packaging must be in very good condition.

How can I Return an item?

Send us an email to hello@lauqeworld.com and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our customer experience team will get back to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all returned items are unaltered and include the original packaging, including all tags the item came with.

For smoother processing, please inform us about the carrier used and Tracking Number. LAUQĒ cannot be hold responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client.

Once a package is received, checked, and approved, a reimbursement to your original payment method will be issued within 10 working days.

How Can I Exchange an item?

Send us an email to hello@lauqeworld.com and tell us your order number, what products you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. The products can be exchanged within 14 days from reception of the order. Our customer experience team will get back to you. For the products to be eligible to returns, it must in perfect condition and be unworn, that is, without being used, washed or having odors. The original packaging must be in very good condition.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all returned items are unaltered and include the original packaging, including all tags the item came with.

E-GIFT CARD

 

The E-Gift Card is the property of the issuer, LAUQĒ whose identity details are shown on the Card or on the e-mail whereby the E-Gift Card is sent, the holder of the Card being a mere user.

The E-Gift Card can be purchased through our online store www.lauqeworld.com

The E-Gift Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount issued is exhausted.

The E-Gift Card can only be redeemed at our online store www.lauqeworld.com by inserting the e-gift card’s number in the promo code section at checkout.

If the purchase price exceeds the balance available on the E-Gift Card, the difference can be paid through the payment methods available at our online store www.lauqeworld.com

Products purchased with the E-Gift Card are subject to the same exchange and return policy as any other product purchased in our online store.

The E-Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the card cannot be renewed, or used to purchase goods, nor shall any unused remaining balance in the Card be claimed.

The balance of the E-Gift Card cannot be refunded or returned in cash, neither in part or full.

The E-Gift Card is a bearer document. Its bearer is solely responsible for its use and custody. LAUQĒ does not replace the card in case of theft, loss or deterioration. E-Gift Cards originally obtained through any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase products, nor shall the price thereof be refunded.

The purchase and/or use of the E-Gift Card entails the full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which have been made available to the customer upon purchase of the Card, and which are also available through the online store. LAUQĒ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
